These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bang77. bang77 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. You may close your bang77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (subject to satisfaction of all terms and wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. bang77 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, deducted from dormant account balances.

If your dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department by submitting a formal written complaint including your account details, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We will review escalated complaints within 7 business days.
bang77 management's decision on any dispute is final and binding. If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting our internal dispute resolution process, you may seek redress through the dispute resolution mechanisms provided by our licensing jurisdiction.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction under which bang77 operates its gaming license. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any legal disputes.
